1. Right of Withdrawal

Users have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the product’s delivery date. Withdrawal requests must be made by contacting support through the website, email, or phone.

2. Product Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must not be damaged, even slightly. It is acceptable to return the product in non-original packaging as long as it is adequately protected.

3. Return Procedure

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer until it arrives at our warehouse. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to ensure it is undamaged. The responsibility for this verification lies with the creator, Mark Welnetz.

4. Refunds

If the returned product is intact and unused, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Prior to shipment, a video documenting the packing and boxing of the product will be made. In the event of damage, the customer should contact the courier and follow their refund policy.

6. Exceptions

Customized products, such as artworks signed by the customer, are not refundable. This condition is absolute and aims to preserve the integrity and uniqueness of personalized artworks.
